RIVER LEVELS ARE RECEDING SLOWLY ALONG THE WARBURTON RIVER AT POOTHAPOOTHA AND THE LOWER COOPER CREEK AROUND INNAMINCKA
Along the Warburton River at Poothapootha Waterhole, the river level continues to fall slowly but is likely to remain elevated for the next few weeks. Along the lower Cooper Creek at Walkers Crossing and Coongie Lakes, creek levels continue to fall slowly.
Floodwaters remain above the Innamincka causeway and are likely to continue falling over the coming weeks.
Many roads and access tracks may still be impacted by flooding, particularly at river and creek crossings and may continue over the coming weeks. Transportation and movement of local communities and travellers may be impacted. Check road conditions before travelling.

- Creek levels are easing along the lower Cooper Creek at Cullyamurra Waterhole. The creek level is currently around 0.5 m above the Innamincka causeway and falling slowly. — Cooper Creek
