MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT TUMUT DURING FRIDAY WITH FORECAST RAINFALL

Moderate rainfall since Tuesday afternoon has caused river level rises across the Tumut River catchment. At Tumut, an initial peak below the minor flood level is expected to arrive late Thursday morning. However, renewed rises to the minor flood level are possible during Friday with forecast rainfall.

This situation is being closely monitored, and this warning will be updated as required.
