Thunderstorms in the far north have eased.
Weather Situation: An upper trough combined with a moist environment is producing thunderstorms in the north this morning.
This warning is now cancelled.Redevelopment is forecast for later today.
52.2mm was recorded at the Gammon Ranges in the 2 hours to 7:39am.
The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Keep clear of fallen power lines.
* Beware of fallen trees or debris on the road.
* Don't drive, ride or walk through flood water.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
