Cancellation of Severe Weather Warning
For people in Lower South East district.
Issued at 4:54 am Friday, 3 July 2026.
Damaging winds over coastal parts of the Lower South East have eased.
Weather Situation: Southwesterly flow is easing as a low pressure system moves eastwards away from South Australia.
This warning is now cancelled.
The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Keep clear of fallen power lines;
* Beware of fallen trees or debris on the road.
* Don't drive, ride or walk through flood water.
* Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
No further warnings will be issued for this event.
