Initial Minor Flood warning for King River and Fifteen Mile Creek

MINOR FLOODING LIKELY AT DOCKER ROAD BRIDGE AND GRETA SOUTH FROM EARLY SUNDAY MORNING

A cold front will cross eastern Victoria from Saturday evening, with moderate rainfall totals forecast across the Ovens and King River catchment.

With forecast rainfall overnight Saturday into Sunday, minor flooding is likely at Docker Road Bridge on King River and Great South on Fifteen Mile Creek from Sunday morning.

The situation is being closely monitored and Flood Warning will be updated as required.

Safety advice

Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.

Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.

Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.

Check the ABC and local media for updates. The situation can change quickly, so stay informed.
