MODERATE FLOODING POSSIBLE AT DOCKER RD BRIDGE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON

MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT DOWNSTREAM OF LAKE WILLIAM HOVELL

MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE AT WANGARATTA THURSDAY MORNING

Moderate rainfall across the Ovens and King River catchments since Monday has caused significant river level rises along the King River, with further rainfall forecast for the remainder of Wednesday and through to Friday.

Minor flooding is occurring along King River at downstream of Lake William Hovell and Docker Rd Bridge. Moderate flooding is possible at Docker Road Bridge from Wednesday afternoon with forecast rainfall. Minor flooding is possible at Wangaratta from Thursday morning with forecast rainfall.

A Flood Watch is current for parts of North East and Central Victoria.

Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous.

Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways.

Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads.
